Chameleon Polymers, Titrations, and a Trinational Quiz on the Freiburg Münsterplatz
How can active substances in drugs be released in a targeted way? And what is a titration? These and many other interesting questions were answered at the Science Fair by our doctoral researchers from Germany and France. With great curiosity, children, students, Freiburg citizens and tourists, all actively participated in our hands-on experiments. These conveyed some basic concepts and methods in chemistry and pharmacy and illustrated our interdisciplinary approach. As our IRTG / Soft Matter Science is part of Eucor-The European Campus, we again shared our information booth with the Eucor team, offering a fun trinational quiz and providing useful information about the international science exchange in the Upper Rhine Valley.
